Uh-Der Vocational Senior High School of Technology & Home Economics was found by Mr. Liu Te- Tsun, the educationist of Tai-Nan County, Mr. Liu Chen- Fa and Sheng Shui- Chin in 1971. It bases on the urgent demand of country development, industries development, technician, and also for reacting building private vocational schools of government encouraging policy.
irectorate was found on January, 1971, and elected Mr. Kao Yu- Jen, who was the chairman of the Division of Civil Affairs, as the chairman, and invited Mr. Liu Te- Tsun as the primary principal. Uh-Der was allowed to establish until 14th of February in 1971. On next day, the Groundbreaking ceremony was hold by the vice-chairman of the ministry of education, Mr. Lin Ching- Hui, at the present address, No. 65, Chung Cheng Rd., Hsin Ying city, Tai-Nan county.
Every development was completed by school established planning instantly, and also certified by the government on the 26th of June in the same year; besides, two classes of each Machine Engineering Division, Electronic equipment repairing Division, Auto mechanics and one class of Business Division, were allowed to recruit students from the 1971 academic year.
Due to equipments development was proper. The situation of student recruitment in 1971 was very good through joining in the united recruitment of public and private senior high school in Hsin- Yin area. Uh- Der planed to recruit total 370 students for 7 classes, and the Term begins ceremony was hold on the 4th of September. Electronics engineering Division was added in the 1972 academic year, and also allowed to establish the evening school and recruit students in the same academic year.
The chairman, Mr. Kao, who won to serve as the county magistrate in Tai-Nan; and the principal, Mr. Liu, who was invited to serve as the government secretary, both quitted on January in 1973.
Mrs. Kao Chang Min- Luan was elected to be the new chairman of directorate, and invited the supervisor of educational administration, Mr. Chuang Wang- Lin, to agent as a principal position.
July, 6th, 1973 Legal Foundation register was fulfilled. January, 1975 Principal, Mr. Chuan quitted. January, 1975 Invited Mr. Li Chao- Yen as the new principal September, 1975 Principal, Mr. Li retired, and invited Mr. Lin Shu-Mo to handle Uh-Der, who also quitted shortly. Then, Uh-Der re-invited Mr. Liu Te-Tsun to be the principal.
April, 1982 Principal, Mr. Liu passed away because of constant overwork for holding Uh-Der. September, 1982 The directorate reorganized and invited Mr. Sheng Jung- Hui as principal. In 1984 Elected Mr. Liu Nai- Jen as the chairman of directorate.
March, 2000 Principal, Mr. Sheng retired, and the directorate invited Mr. Liang Tsung-Li as the principal.
July, 2001 Principal, Mr. Liang quitted, and the supervisor, Mr. Li Shou- Sung as the substitute principal.
Auguest, 2007 The substitute principal, Mr. Li became as the official principal.
In the 1975 academic year, Uh- Der was allowed to establish Building Division.
In the 1990 academic year, Uh- Der applied and was allowed to establish Cosmetics Division, and stopped holding Building Division, Electroincs engineering Division and Business Division.
In the 1992 academic year, Uh-Der applied and was allowed to establish Information Division, and school name was also changed to Private Uh-Der Vocational Senior High School of Technology & Home Economics.
I the 2004 academic year, Machine engineering Division was stopped holding and established Food & Beverage Division.
In the 2006 academic year, the evening school was re-held.
In the 2007 academic year, Uh-Der established Food & Beverage Management Division.
Under superior officers’ guidance, all kinds of support from sociality, the directorate, society and Parents Association, and also through the effort from history principals, teachers and students, Uh-Der had already been a completed school with completed equipments for every Division’s demand.

The campus is fresh as new with simple school lifestyle and peaceful relationship between students and teachers; Therefore, we believe Uh-Dar will be growing continually and be a great ideal vocational senior high school.
